Last Sunday, Pastor Carlton did a child dedication and one of the things he asked the parents to do was come up with a bible verse they'd like to dedicate to their son and daughter. I cried, of course, but it really got me thinking. What bible verse do I want to dedicate to Isaiah? It didn't take me long to come up with this one because it has meant so much to me during my years of "growing up" not only because of how relevant it feels in almost every situation but because it reminds me of one of the greatest qualities God gives us: HOPE.
