This round of meals is incredibly simple, easy to throw together and each meal is less than $6. What-the-what?? Let's get to it... Menu| Cajun Smoked Sausage and Rice Chicken Alfredo Orange Chicken and Broccoli Garlic and Herb Chicken Cajun Chicken Pork Tacos Pulled Pork on Pretzel Rolls Red Enchiladas Spaghetti Pad Thai Teriyaki Chicken Sausage Bake Dirty Turkey Rice Ranch Chicken (I made 2 of each) Grocery List | Meat: 4 smoked sausages 7 3 lb. bags of chicken breasts 2 bags of popcorn chicken 1 large pork loin (~12 lbs.) 2 bags of premade meatballs 2 lbs. of ground turkey Canned: 2 cans of black beans 4 jars of alfredo sauce 2 jars of orange sauce 2 diced green chilis 2 (28 oz) cans of red enchilada sauce 4 jars of marinara sauce Dried Goods: 6 lbs. of brown rice 2 packages of fettucine 2 boxes of taco shells 2 packages of spaghetti noodles 2 packages of rice noodles Freezer: 2 bags of broccoli florets Marinades & Seasoni...

26 Meals for $195

One of the common misconceptions I hear when I tell people about the crockpot/freezer meal prepping I do is that the meals must be heavy and soupy. I rarely make a lot of soups or casseroles and always incorporate fresh ingredients when I cook them so they aren't super heavy or unbalanced. The most important thing to consider when creating your menu for meal prepping is whether or not you would cook that meal for your family even if it weren't sitting in the freezer. Every family eats differently. Your meal prep menu will probably look different too. Here's what I made this round: Mongolian Beef Sausage Skillet Chili Spaghetti Tacos Southwest Chicken Bowls California Burritos Meatball Subs Zesty Herb Chicken Teriyaki Chicken Honey Garlic Chicken Greek Meatballs Italian Mini Meatloaves I made 2 of each meal.
