Spanish Dirty Rice
1 box Spanish rice, cooked
1.5 lbs of ground beef, cooked with garlic, Chile powder, cumin, salt & pepper
Mix together. Thaw, warm & serve topped with cheese, salsa, cilantro and chips.
It is obnoxiously easy.
